Rental Fee Policy*
- $2,750.00 basic wedding rental -- 2 days (Friday and Saturday
- $800.00 basic one day rental -- Sunday through Thursday (5 to 12 hours
- Rental hours begin at 9 a.m. and end at 10 p.m.
Rental fees include the following:
- Up to 42 round 60" tables and 8' tables
- Seating for up to 350 (inside and outside)
- Access to caterer's kitchen with freezer/refrigerator, microwave oven, warming oven, sink, coffee pot and ice machine
- Access to changing rooms and Tree Garden
- Security Guard for event
- $750.00 down payment to hold the date for the event (nonrefundable if cancelled)
- $350.00 damage deposit, refundable within 30 days after the event
- $100.00 golf cart rental fee (to shuttle guest from the parking area to the event) The golf cart and cart driver are not provided by Jordan's Activity Barn. Lessees may provide their own golf cart or other type of transportation.
