The $750.00 nonrefundable deposit and signed contract hold the date and venue for the event. The deposit will be applied to the rental amount if all terms are met.
If the event is cancelled less than six months before the event date, 50 percent of the rental fee will be forfeited. The $750.00 deposit is automatically forfeited.
Cancellation due to weather-related issues are allowed only if an emergency or governmental agency has declared an official disaster. The event then may be rescheduled for the next available opening without penalty to the lessee.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed; however, a liquor license is required to sell alcohol, a bartender is required to be furnished by lessee for all service of alcohol. ALCOHOL CANNOT BE SERVED UNTIL AFTER 5 P.M. AND CANNOT BE SERVED TO MINORS.
- Parking is allowed in designated areas only -- no parking in the driveway or in the Tree Park.
- Tables and chairs are provided, however Jordan's Barn is not responsible for setting up or taking down tables and chairs.
- If the Barn and surrounding areas are not vacated by midnight on the day of event, a basic rate of $1,750.00 along with a $50.00 per hour security guard fee will be charged.
